Regions: Shirak, Armavir, Aragatsotn, Yerevan, Kotayk, Ararat, Vayots dzor, Syunik, Tawoush
Habitats: Rocklands covered by phryganoid vegetation, stony semideserts
Areal type: Eastern-Mediterranean

Europe: SE Bulgaria, NE Greece (Lesbos, Limnos, Chios, Samos, Samothraki, Agathonisi), Cyprus, Turkey, E Georgia,
Asia: Armenia, Azerbaijan, W Syria, Lebanon, Israel, W Jordan,
Iraq, Iran (Kavir desert), N Pakistan, NW India
Africa: Algeria, Libya, Egypt.

Food: arthropods

Enemies:carnivor mammals and birds, snakes and large lizards, man.

Parasites:

Known trend: not abjective data is available (presumably common)
